Our Story
LaMill Rentals is a family-owned business located in Prunedale, California. We started out very small, with just a few chairs! As we prepared for a special gathering at our home in the spring of 2025, we decided to purchase thirty chairs instead of renting them, dreaming of serving other families and groups for their events.
With those thirty chairs we launched a business with a simple mission: to provide high-quality rentals with exceptional customer service to the Salinas and Monterey communities. What started as a small operation with just a few chairs is growing into a rental service for our region — chairs, tables, tents, and lighting for events of any size.
What hasn't changed? Our dedication to quality and service guaranteed to please our customers. We're delighted to serve the families and companies in our area with our high quality, reliable rental gear. We put our heart and soul into every rental to make it the best possible experience for you!

For smaller events, 2-4 weeks is usually sufficient. For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May-October).
Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and pickup services throughout Salinas, Monterey, and surrounding areas. Fees vary based on location and equipment ordered.
Cancellations made 14+ days before your event receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before your event are non-refundable.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your rental. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
Items should be returned free of food and debris. We professionally clean all items after each use. Excessive cleaning may incur additional fees.
