Where backyards differ is in the practical details. Country and ranch properties around Salinas are often on private drives — sometimes a long way off the county road, and sometimes only known by a name rather than a Google Maps address. Coastal backyards in Pacific Grove and Carmel can have steep, narrow streets that make unloading slow if we have not planned for it. Yes. Many of our Salinas Valley backyard weddings are at country properties or down long private drives. If the address is hard to find on a map, send a pin or written directions when you book and we will confirm the route before delivery day.

How far in advance should I book a backyard wedding?

For weddings, six to eight weeks ahead is comfortable, especially during peak season (May through October). Smaller events can usually be booked closer to the date — call us and we will tell you what we have available.

Do you handle gated properties or HOA-restricted neighborhoods?
