Narrow, hilly streets in parts of Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel can make unloading awkward, so we plan for it. Hotel deliveries always need management permission for equipment setup. How much does delivery cost for a Monterey wedding?

Monterey delivery is at our coastal rate — higher than Salinas because of the longer round trip — and major holiday weekends carry a surcharge. We quote it up front when you book so the cost is fixed.

My venue requires gate access or a guard list — how does that work?

Tell us at booking. Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley estates, and gated hotel properties usually need a code, owner notification, or a name on the guard list before our truck arrives. We arrange this with you in advance so delivery day is smooth.

How far in advance should I book a Monterey wedding?

For Monterey weddings — especially in peak season May through October — six to eight weeks ahead is the comfortable window. The big-name hotels and Carmel Valley venues book up first, so the earlier you can confirm the date, the more inventory we can guarantee.

Do you set up at the venue, or just drop and stack?

Both are options. Most hotel and venue weddings choose full setup so the day-of timeline does not include arranging chairs. We coordinate the setup window with the venue event coordinator when you book.
